Living in Amsterdam, Mps PILOT is The Netherlands’ most renowned worldgroove DJ. A title promising Dutch state of the art mixing of 21st century styles from Europe, Asia, Africa, the Middle East and South America, flowing through each other, forming a contagious sound. mps PILOT elevates ‘beat matching’ to a high form of art.

He weaves Balkan beats, Brazilian drum n’ bass rhythms, Afro grooves, flamenco Palmas, Desi beats and Latin percussion solos into an organic whole. Using a rhythmic, intelligent mix technique, mps PILOT’s music functions as a mindopener. He started dj-ing at the age of 16, is professional DJ since 2003 and built an extensive CV chasing music all over the world during his travels and studying ethnomusicology.
